The staggered pattern is for the 168 tooth flywheel/flex plate. The other pattern is for the 153 tooth flywheel/flex plate. I have not seen any truck 350's with the 153 tooth flywheel, but there seems to be exceptions to everything.
We only use the 168 tooth setups as it should give the starter an advantage. Jim |
