I have a '72 GMC Sierra Grande with an auto trans that I'm swapping to manual and I finally got a clutch/brake pedal assembly

There are only 2 types of brake / clutch pads. They are 67-72 standard brake & clutch pad which have a waffle pattern on them and 67-72 deluxe brake & clutch pad which have a ribbed pattern and are supposed to use stainless steel trim pieces. The brake & clutch pads all interchange. The only item that does not interchange is the 67-70 Accelerator pedal will not interchange with a 71-72 accel. pedal, this is because they have completely different mounting methods.
So yes you can use the same style brake pad found on your 72 on the brake & clutch pedals from the 69. You can find ours on the following page of our web site. http://www.gmcpauls.com/pedal_pads_&_misc.htm GMCPaul |
