I'm New here's my 63 Short Fleetside

New to me but needs some work. All the performance stuff has been done so it just leaves me with the body and Int. 250 T5 Clifford cam, headers, intake and Edelbrock 500cfm 1404 carb.

Nice find! Bet that straight six through the headers sounds sweet.

Better hook up your pcv before you start blowing out gaskets.

Oh it is.. That was just a mock up before I put on the Edelbrock. Cant wait to get it registered so I can start tuning and see what mpg it will run but at 66 it's running 22oo rpm so I'm really happy there and yes yes yes it does have a nice rumble with the headers and true duels.. I'm loving it. Just gotta get it inspected and plates now.

Re: I'm New here's my 63 Short Fleetside

Thank You
i had planned on painting it but starting to like the black primer. Seen some posts of a satin black and really liked that look. I just wonder what kind of mpg I will get out of it. Either way I really like it. Wish I could have kept my 1 ton flatbed 65 with the 292 and granny low 4 but I just couldnt bring it all back from TN.

Thanks again for the welcomes!!
