Blazer frames and tow hook holes?

Just curious, but every blazer/jimmy frame I have ever seen has had the holes already in the frame for tow hooks. I know of three personally that never had tow hooks on them according to the build sheet, but nonetheless had the holes for them. I was wandering if they made all of the frames with the holes already drilled? Let me know what you've got or think.
Thanks,
Matthew

Could a couple of you take pics of the stock location for the holes? If I ever get a bumper, I will like to get hooks too! Ha! Thanks, Jeff.
