Inner door plate stripped and dropped. Now what.
My inner door plate is stripped inside the A pillar, and the bottom door plate has dropped down toward the rocker. I ran a die over the bolts and a tap in the door plate and went to reinstall the door and that's when the bolts stripped and wont tighten up. What to do?

If the screws won't tighten and aren't of a load bearing nature I toss in a few strands of copper wire and carefully tighten. You can either do it vertically or wrap the around the threads to take up that extra space and see what happens.
Edit: I re-read the question; are these the hinge to body bolts? If so you could tap them the next size bigger and use a larger bolt.

Why not just do a Helicoil? I had to do that on a couple.

It sucks that I have already painted inside of cab and door jambs. I was installing doors so that I could paint exterior of the truck. I'll try a helicoil but still stuck on getting bottom plate up which has dropped almost down to the rocker.

Tried that. Just cut the kick panel open. No other option.

cut it from under the fender then you wont see it when you put fender back on ?

May I strongly suggest looking into Keenserts for the door bolt holes. Helicoils don't like fastener cycles and doors can be a pita to align on an old truck.
