Help please! Hood removal
Want to remove the left fender on my 72 c10 to adjust the door gaps. I believe I have to remove the hood before removing the fender.
My question is, is it better to remove the bolts from the hinges and hood or remove the bolts at the hinges and fenders leaving the hinges to the hood? Thank you, Marcel. |

Re: Help please! Hood removal
i use engine crane to hold the front of the hood and remove the bolts that go into the hood(after marking the outline for reinstalling) then i can just walk it out without a fuss

Re: Help please! Hood removal
Removing a hood has always been an excuse to have a buddy or 2 come over and drink beer.
