'75 corvette door handles in a square body

Anyone ever done this or have any idea how tricky it would be to do ? If at all possible

Inside or outside? Inside ones would work quite easily, but the Corvette outside ones are curved to follow the body lines of the rear haunches up to the rear quarter panel and wouldn't fit the squared off body lines of our trucks at all without some major work.

I have seen various different flush style handles on squares in the past. The problem with this style of handle is it can not be mounted in the original location. There is not enough space inside the door to allow it to work, so they must be mounted below the body line.

In my opinion, thats not attractive at all.
