Which ifs

Im building a 56 Chevy pickup and want to get rid of my stock front suspension. I would love to go with the New Porterbuilt kit, but out of my price range. What ifs kit do you guys recommend. Any good deals out there. Thanks for your help.

Re: Which ifs

I know you said it's out of your price range,... but I would do the Porterbuilt set-up.
The use of C10 arms and spindles on these trucks is genius.

Re: Which ifs

As some of you know already we released our bolt in ifs for the 63-87 chevy & gmc truck. There is a C-10 truck spindal in there now.

Since we have geared up to use the c-10 spindal in there now.

We also offer the c-10 spindal with our other ifs kits for the trucks AS WELL as a option.

This will allow you to use a c-10 brake kit and you can purchase this without brakes to save you some $$$$.

On top of that if you want one to be BOLT-In we have all years of trucks COVERED now.

If you would rather save some $$$$ get one in a WELD IN we have this as a option to.

There are Several options out there for ifs kits for your truck.I say take a look at all of them and call all the companies out there who manufacture ifs kits.See what they have to offer and compare all of the kits that are out there. To make your decion the best.

If you would like to have some info from us you can call us at the shop at (805)485-0382
We will be more than happy to help out.

Re: Which ifs

Jeff, do your homework and get what you want. A few bucks either way won't mean anything if you don't like driving your truck. Lay out a plan and stick with it. Any givin company has its own goals and direction. Find the one that fits YOUR build. Justin is right, call them up and ask questions. Decide what is most important to you. Style, ride quality, show finish, options, performance, price, coil-over-vs-air ride, how low, ....You will find that each manufacturer lines up with a few of these more than the others. It's a good chunk of money, spend it wisely.
