I need to get a dipstick for my 305 v6 and there is one on Ebay for sale but it says 67-74? also says "This measures 30 inches with handle or 24-1/4 from tip to stop" Here is the link - http://www.ebay.com/itm/67-68-69-70-...239982&vxp=mtr

Will this work for my '62. Are they the same for all the 305 v6's?

There were two different oil pans used but I'm not sure about dipsticks. Post a pic of your oil pan and if it's the same as mine I'll get measurements for ya

Steve, the stated measurement on the Ebay item is what i got for my 61 with the 305A.
