Take a look at this...

Here is a pic of my old dash. Is this thing repairable
or reupholsterable? (I made that word up ;-)
Or is it doomed.

I would say its too far gone. You can get a cover from lmc and glue over the top of that dash paint it up.

It all depends on how much work you want to put into it. It might just be easier to track one down in better condition. But its always more fun to get creative and try fixing it, dont have to worry about damaging anything nice.
