turn signal swich
has anybody replaced the turn signal switch in the steering column in there 1966 chevy truck? where did you guys get your switch from , i no some are better than others and i don' feel like replacing a new switch i bought , only to find out after a couple of weeks it's junk. american autowire seems like they make a good one , anyone get there switch from there ? , or should i spend the big money and get a NOS switch?

Surprisingly, GM switches are not that expensive. Not sure of the '64-'66 switch is still available, but the '67-'72 trucks is, which can be used. They will require the use of a harness adapter (normally included).I will see if I can locate an old box and post the GM part number for you.
I assume you have an original non-tilt column? |
