I agree and I love the patina.

I'm usually NOT a patina guy, but I'd throw a set of chrome reverse & baby moons or early Torq Thrusts on that baby and drive her proudly as is. Doesn't look like she needs much as she sits.

Some call it patina I call it potential. I see that as a clean slate where you don't have to undo someone else's personalization to make it your own truck. A guy with little or no mechanical skills can buy it and drive it and have fun with it. If he decides to do the paint, body and interior later he can.
