NITTO NT555 tires ????

Has anybody here ran these or maybe currently running these? I'd like to know how good of a tire it is before I buy a set.

Re: NITTO NT555 tires ????

I had the drag radials on my car for a while, and I liked them. Haven't had experience with the regular ones though. I hear they're the best performance tire for the price.

Re: NITTO NT555 tires ????

I've got a set of 295s on the rear of my Blazer and a set of 265's on the front. The bad news is that my Blazer is still being built so I don't have any seat time with them. I have used the NT05s and they gripped really well. Overall, I think Nitto makes some good tires. I think you'll be happy with them.

Do you mind if I ask what you are putting them on?

I'm thinking of wrapping them around a set of 20" BOSS 338s and tucking them under a 4.5/6 dropped 81 C-10 shorty I'm working on.

I think they will serve you well. There seem to be a good number of people using them. The people that sell Coys Wheels use them when they sell a rim and tire combo.

Re: NITTO NT555 tires ????

When we do tire packages, we usually sell Nitto 555 tires. They are a good all around tire and affordable. Nice tread pattern too.
