Seems like a solid looking burb.
Engine is unknown, claims it's a 454 with doubt. Which to me says it's a 402.
To my personal point - Subtract a few grand for the ridiculous art work, and the wide white wall tires. (I can't stand wide whites on 67-72 trucks, they never had them and is purely a ghetto fad).

I'd keep shopping... There are better burbs out there for less cash, and with out all the mystery and trendy modifications.
