installing 87 cab on a 79 truck- waht issues?
I know there is an issue with the hood hinges- just cant remember exactly.

If you are using the 79 clip, no.
73-80 hood hinges on the fenders. 81-87 hood hinges on the cowl.

79 clip covers the cowl area. Remove the 87 cowl cover. Install the 79 wiper assembly.
