Re: ball joint spacers and coil spring spacers ok for mild lift?

just so you know......the upper ball joint spacers will not give you anything lift wise......the stiffer spring will give you the so called lift but you will loose almost all of the rebound in the suspension. All the upper ball joint spacer in my application does it lessens the angle of the ball joint and make it easier to me to align the front of my truck. without the spacer, to adjust the caster and camber, I had to install almost an inch of shims on both sides. Everytime I would hit a bump and top out my suspension (which would be almost every week) the shims would go flying. luckily most of them would fall down into the cross member and I would have to loosen it up, and re install them. I now have the normal amount of shims and i cant remember the last time i had to put them back in.
