Crack by lug hole in Aluminum slot wheel
I found a set of aluminum slots. They are 6 lug wheels. One of them has a slight crack by one of the lug holes. It runs from the lug hole to where the center cap goes. It is very small. It this a major problem or common with the older wheels? Can it be repaired if so?
thanks, Ray

Re: Crack by lug hole in Aluminum slot wheel
they might be a good welder that could possibly weld it up for you, but i would think getting a different wheel and not use that one, look around and see if you can find another one that matches the wheels you have....safety first..

Re: Crack by lug hole in Aluminum slot wheel
I believe a wheel restoration place could fix that up. I've never hears of that happening before.
