Thought it would be helpful to report back on this. I just had a lot of air in the lines. In the end, I got a pressure bleeder, hooked it up, and my brakes appear to be working now. HIGHLY recommend a pressure bleeder, mad it so easy to do. I say appear, because now I am on to getting the 350 fired up to take it on the road.
