Re: lifting 2wd a 85 suburban

I guess that's the same problem I'm going to encounter as well. I'm trying to get a 6" lift on my 2wd C30 so I can run a set of 22.5" Alcoas. I've seen people using nbs lift spindles on c20's but I haven't seen anything done on a c30 yet.

i was gonna run the 4" spindles and these 3" lift upper and lower controll arms well there 3" with the springs they come with but i was gonna run the coil spacers ontop of that lol so should have been around a 10" maybe a 3" body lift too but i dont have it anymore

Re: lifting 2wd a 85 suburban

Do either of you mind going into detail on how you got the front lift with the spindles? I'm very interested and would rather use this method vs the coil spring spacer/shock extender that I have waiting in my garage.

As for the rear I'm going to use a 2" lift block and then toss a 3" body lift on the whole thing to get room for the 22.5's.
