'65 C30 Auto Wrecker
I know some folks have an issue with posting CL ads here (detracts from the paying members posting in the classified section), but I found this interesting in the Sacramento Crags List and felt other members may have an interest.

Dang, I'd buy that for 3500. 2999 that's not going to last long.

Where do people hide these things for 30 years and them break them out? I need to find something like that on my coast!

Re: '65 C30 Auto Wrecker
OK! Since you are already so close to Ca, go on and buy it. I'll locate a local, to me, purchase for you to come & haul back to Texas. I'll ride back home with you, pay you your half, and haul a purchase back to SC that you will have found for me there in Tx.
I'll take an all-its-life in Texas, 98-pointer, missing ONLY eng/tranny, 1964-66 sb, bbw, fleet-side, up to $2500. Got in storage a complete with access, '03, 6.0, with 4L80E, all harness, computer, sensors, mounts, driven ~ 2K to verify AND pulled by me. It's just been tempting me to swap into my present '66, which doesn't need anything. Plus I don't YET have your knowledge re: EFI-power. Better to put it in the find you're getting for me--after bending both your ears for help. Been wanting to see more of your great state anyhow. Best I can do for you here will be a trip to Myrtle Beach--all meals included (if you promise not to eat too much!). sam |

Re: '65 C30 Auto Wrecker
I'm surprised that it hasn't sold yet. It's been on CL for about a month at $3499. I thought it was worth that. Now with the dropped price it's even more of a bargain (or at least it seems to be).
