The best way I have found to unroll tubing is to lay the end on the ground and step on it.Keep the roll straight up and slowly unroll,straightening as you go.This seems to work well.I have also rolled out the length I needed and cut it,then left it lay and rolled the tube back and forth across the FLAT floor to get it straighter.
