thats it just velcro? i wouldnt hve thot it to hold that well but ill give it a try. i thot there would be some kind if clips or something that attatch in the back.

A good industrial strength Velcro will surprise you how strong it is.

one other question what would u make the back panelout of? like wood or that super strong cardboard like stuff (mdf i think) and then cover it in leather ?

I bought a roll at home depot that was like 2" wide and cut into strips of whatever I needed to fit. You just stick it too the metal with both pieces of velcro attached, then peel paper backing off carpet side and press in to fit. It worked great and has held contour for months.

Did you order that velcro online? If so could you provide a link? You say industrial strength and that makes me think you didn't just go down to walmart to get it.

Got mine locally at Home Depot, you can search by "industrial strength Velcro" and it will show in results. It was 2" wide and 15' long model #90197, not cheap though close to $30 a roll but may be cheaper elsewhere online.

Where did you pick that up at? Seems like I saw them in JC Whitney many years ago. How close does it come to the corner speaker mounts? I would like to have one of these, but I have Bigblock73's 6x9 speaker mounts back there so not sure if it would fit. Thanks.
