Tachometer Question
So, I looked up hand held tachometers, and the ones I found were all over $100.
Is there anything stopping me from buying a tach that is meant to be mounted on the column, or wherever, and just holding it while I checked my RPM's? I don't really need one full time and I don't really want one mounted.

Re: Tachometer Question
You could alway find a tach dwell meter. That is exactly what they were for tuning and testing. If you are running/setting points you should really have one.
