Difference between 2wheel drive frame and 3/4 ton

Does anyone know if there is a difference between 1/2 ton 2 wheel drive vs 3/4 ton 2 wheel or 4 wheel drive frames....

The C10 frames are slightly different than a C20 frame, but they are interchangeable. The K series frames on the other hand are a good bit different than the C series frames. I don't know if you could use a K series frame as a C series replacement.
