What does the 72 one look like then? The bottom chrome one is what the one in my 72 blazer looks like.

72 didn't use a turn signal lever. It was a button under the dash. The chrome one pictured is correct for a 72 but it is a Buick/Oldsmobile piece. Hope that answers your question. Like I stated before...any of these switches can work for cruise control. Many people like the turn signal style including myself. Trevor

Oh, I was under the impression the dealer installed ones were under the column and the few "factory" ones were wired in? I am not saying you are wrong because I don't know.
But My 72 does have the one in the bottom of the above picture. Its wired in through the factory column and has all the stuff on the brake pedal. I guess someone put it on sometime? I noticed in your signature it says you are looking for a 68-70 lever? What does that look like?
