79 Chevy length and width

Ive tried searching for this. I'm buying a house and I'm trying to figure out the length and width of my 79 chevy c10 longbed to see how much garage space it will take. I've tried doing this myself with a tape measure and as you can imagine its hard to measure a vehicle yourself. Was wondering if anyone knew these specs so I don't have to wait till I can get someone to help me.

Re: 79 Chevy length and width

Place a marker at the side of your rear bumper, place a marker at the side of your front bumper measure between them. Add 12” you’ll know you have enough room

Same for the side width

Re: 79 Chevy length and width

According to the info package in the GM Heritage Center archive:

http://www.gmheritagecenter.com/docs...olet-Truck.pdf

(page 106)

211.4" overall length for a C10903

79.6" width for all models (less mirrors).
