start here, it will tell you everything you want or need to know about tire sizes and what the numbers, etc. mean. I assume you are trying to get a value for the tires and wheels. They are used, once you find what type, size, etc. look on Craigslist for similar ones for sale in the auto parts section. Same with the wheels. Also need to determine how much tread they have, you can find out what a similar tire has new and measure the existing. Another factor is age, if it has been outside for a long time the tires may be rotting. I have tires on my truck that are 20 years old, been inside all the time, look great and have 75 percent tread that I am going to change out because I do not trust them when they get hot and used daily again. A lot of tire places will not work on tires that are over a certain age, I think 6 or 10 years because of the liability.

You can't see the brand in the pictures so the only way you are going to know that is to look on the sidewall. They look like they might be 235/70/R15 size but again, you would have to look at the stamping on the tire to know positively.
