Headlight Wiring Help please

Hey all I just finished wiring the whole truck and everything works great. Only issue - when the high beam light is on, the low beams are running and when i hit the dimmer switch and the high beam indicator is off, the high beams are on. seems things are backwards somewhere. I switched the wires around on the dimmer switch and nothing changed. bad dimmer switch, or did I install the harnesses on the bulbs themselves backwards? the 58 has a double harness to the lamps themselves and one of the lamps has 4 wires and the other has two. perhaps i attached the wrong sockets to the lamps? which lamp (high or low beam) gets the 4 wire socket? Thanks alot for any help.

The outer lights have three terminals. The inner lights have two. Not sure what you're doing with a four terminal connector...
