I replaced mine last summer. I've driven the truck about 9000 miles since, and it's making the same noise. It's a higher pitched whine that comes and goes over about 10mph. I've heard that it's due to the fact I left the dust shields on with the new bearing. I need to replace that and my rear shocks. I think my u joints are going too. I'm getting a bit of vibration.
