Re: What's the 65 worth

Here in utah running and stopping trucks normally run 1000-1500 bucks so i would say 500-800 bucks hard to say what motor several options with the chevy and for the tranny there's ether a 4 speed with a granny gear or an auto.

Re: What's the 65 worth

without more pictures, I would say less than 800. maybe 500. it looks like a 64 to me, fender emblem.

it could have a 230/250/292/283, trans 3spd man, 2speed auto or 4 speed manual.

Looks like it is a custom cab, is it a big back window?

Re: What's the 65 worth

Been sitting awhile, looks like the front rims are have buried in the ground. Does look straight though.

Re: What's the 65 worth

looks like a lot of work, better to find one that rolls and stops ,mine did barely run and move and stop and by the time I took my first real drive in it I had 3K in it .. my first 63 I bought for 700 in '93 and drove it almost as it was ,so I would keep looking unless you can get it for scrap price.... When they sit that long it easier to part it than fix it ....
