Rocker question
Is there anyway to know if the outer rocker I have is NOS or a repop. I have a primer black one but there is no info on it.

Re: Rocker question
Making a wild guess here... if it fits, it's NOS. If not, it's a repro.

Re: Rocker question
I have one that came with a truck I bought but I don't have anything rusty yet to try it on.

Re: Rocker question
One thing I noticed in all the "older" NOS rockers is they have a number stamped in them. Im refering to the older GM black and white parts tags. Not sure if later production blue and white tag rockers have stamped numbers or not. There is a 2 digit number stamped into the lower edge of the rocker panel. I also noticed there is a number stamped in the original rocker panel on my 66 GMC Carryall. Heres some pictures of what I mean.
I dont have any reproduction rockers to say if they were stamped with numbers or not. Jon

Re: Rocker question
That answers the question, thanks. Mine must be a repop and I don't do reproduction so off with its head

Re: Rocker question
The repops I used on the blue '65 fit good! Don't axe them until you test fit them.
