It turned out nice. Those seats should make it a whole lot better for long trips...

Thanks for the compliments guys

The sills are stainless, they're from a blazer but are a direct bolt in for trucks, got them from classic industries

The armrests are wood but I'm not really keen on them, gonna put something different there I think but the middle seat of the bench is a fold type and has the same wood on the back (a console)

The seats are the ones that were in the truck, just reupholstered with nice leather and new foam, here's a pic

Thumbs up

Looks real nice. Luv the smell of leather... If you don't mind, how much did the material cost and how much to install labor wise?

Don''t know how much the material costs, I just dropped the bench, door panels and dash off at the upholstery guy. It cost about 2Gs to do it (remember, I live in the Netherlands, 1 Euro is worth more than 1$)

Nice job, looks great. I hope that when I get a chance to do my interior it will turn out as nice as that.

Mine is leather with foam under it to hide any cracks and such.

I have used a dashpad in my corvette and the only advise I can give you is use plenty of adhesive and C-claps. Take the dash out, they probably say you can install it with the dash in the car but no way you can clamp it down and it will let loose in several spots.

I removed the wood, instead I now have a leather upholstered cushion there. Nice & soft. Also I had a skirt made for udner the seats so you can''t see the frame.

Thanks to those that didn't like the wood, it helped me decide and I like this much better too.

dirtydan, you could take it off, and send it to me. i'll send you my cracked one, it'll match your interior perfect, and you wont have to worry about yours separating, cuz you'll never see it again. :p
