Steering Shaft Movement
Dad and I went to put the steering column back together this morning and put the steering wheel on and it was very sloppy. Not the steering but the shaft is moving up and down and side to side. Is this normal or is there something that we need to fix? Any feedback will help.

Re: Steering Shaft Movement
I noticed this in mine after I swapped steering wheels. Apparently I didn't put the spring back in behind the wheel that holds the upper shaft bearing in place, so it was just flopping around in there. Found another spring since the old one went with the wheel and is in another state lol.
