In my 66 GMC the color is reduced when mixed which makes it duller.

my gmc was medium fawn polly, we used the original formula and shot it as a straight enamel.....no clear coat....

on the grille in the front of my gmc we painted it the same color but mixed the paint without the increased reducer, and used a base coat clear coat paint . It shines and has a lot more metalic than the interior does.
