new guy from upstate NY
hi everyone, my names Tyler and I just got me a 1978 chevy k10 scottsdale last month. picked it up for 3900 from an old timer who didnt want to part with it (had a tear in his eye when we left his house with it), but couldnt drive it anymore. He did a ton of aftermarket work to it. Its got a 400 small block under the hood and a 3 speed muncie transmission with granny gear. Its not my daily driving truck since I cant afford 8mpg for a daily driver. I joined this forum to learn more about these trucks and ask for some advice for working on it, since she does need a little bit of love to be a great truck.
