Houston shop

I am looking for a reputable shop in houston to do an ls1 swap into my 1970 c10. Including ac and power steering. If anyone has any references it would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Houston shop

MoMuscle in Oak Ridge/Spring does decent work, they are in the middle of an LS3 swap in a 64-66 right now. My ex son in law works there and the stuff I've seen in the past was quite good. Like everything else quality costs $$.

Re: Houston shop

Google Rakich Performance. He built my ZO6, and he's doing my 66 C10 as well as my LS 55 bel air hardtop. Very reasonably priced, great quality work, quick turn around time (less than a 3 weeks start to finish) That's with wiring, gauges, driveline, exhaust shop, tuning etc. He's a straight shooter and offers a warranty on his work. He recently did a cammed 6.0 in an 85 with vintage air etc...truck is clean! check out the videos of his work on google and the pics of all the projects on his facebook. He's in rockwall about 2.5 hrs from you. We get a lot of customers from houston.
