Instrument cluster change over questions.
1985 gmc k2500 Vin M
I have the idiot lights and a massive fuel gauge. Previous owner put some sweet chrome oil and coolant gauges under the radio. I don't like the Honda gauges or the idiot lights. Also having a TH350 and no rpm gauge gets dicey. I have rewired the whole truck so how can I rewire my instrument cluster to work with factory gauges. Printed circuit issues?? Plug harness issues? Lighting of gauges issues?? Will gauges even work issues?? Thanks Matt. P.S. I appreciate everyone's help, this is my second gmc rebuild and I want to do this one right! Posted via Mobile Device |

Re: Instrument cluster change over questions.
Been there, done that. Housing is different. Won't work for factory gauges. Time to hit ebay or a junk yard.
