Nice pair of seats in MA (not mine)

I know a lot of guys like to use these seats, thought I would pass this on in case anyone was looking. I spoke with the seller and they do come with the mounting plate. Wish I could use them, but thought maybe someone else could on here.

Do you know how much modification is needed to install these seats in a 1971 K5?
