Anyone remember what happened? Did the bolt break or did the nuts just come loose?

I can't remember. Jeff would probably be the best shot at anyone remembering.

I tried to track down Mike earlier this year. No one has heard from him in a while. There's a couple Mike Ervins around Cherryhill, but from photos I could find they were they weren't him.
