Keeping it simple usually works well. The truck arms are proven on these trucks. If you can achieve the drop you want w/them, there's not much reason to change.

If you're objective is to lay out, a 4-link (or similar susupension) is in your future. If you stick w/truck arms & are trying to lay-out, you'll be compromising somewhere (or modifying the frame).

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
It's like a highly skilled Morrocan sword fighter with a Damascus Steel Scimitar.....

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.

With the right bag in the right position, it will ride as good or better than stock.

The bed floor on that truck was raised 3" originally. It was re-done & he might have raised it even more on the 2nd round of modifications (I haven't seen the truck or its owner in a while as he's been traveling a lot).

Quick question when installing the notch on the inside of the frame do I need to put something inside of it to weld to? I'm new to the whole thing

At this rate, I'm afraid of what would happen if something didn't go right..... How hard would they be to contact then? I'm going to try the distributoor again tomorrow since he's supposed to be open from 10 ~ 5 on Sat's.

I have bought a kp canti from Travis @ pro performance and other things directly from kp. The quality and service was great took a while to get some parts but they were fast when it came to fixing a mistake would not have a problem buying from KP or Travis (azproperformance) again. I have the 4-link with cantilever and a panhard
