Hello Thomas,
I'm pretty much down the same problems on my truck, I have the 62 truck and it's is a different gauge cluster.

The best option and probably cheapest is to go to a company that makes commercial signs and decals and ask for a piece of clear pvc (plexiglas) to cut it in the same shape as the original and see if they can print a new scales for you. (I presume that the scale is printed on the glass as it is on my truck)


Btw, would be nice to meet some day next summer!
