Hubcaps
I'd like to run some chrome rally rimes (I have a set sitting around) with hubcaps like these... but I cannot confirm any that fit rallye rims
The Wheelsmith website seems to indicate they have the caps to suit rallye rims but they don't seem to have an email address http://www.thewheelsmith.net/CustomW...cessories.html http://www.ecklerstrucks.com/chevy-t...1947-1953.html Can anyone confirm if you can get these caps to suit Rallye rims?

Re: Hubcaps
They won't fit the ralley are smaller where they attach to the rim and those type use clip that are on rims.

Re: Hubcaps
Nev,
Really, call Wheelsmith. They can do some awesome things. If you want to look at other wheels, take a look at the Wheel Vintiques site. I just bought a set of 16X7 Smoothie wheels for my pickup. I got a set of their small hubcaps also. I did talk to Wheelsmith and they said they could sell me a set of stock '55-'56 hubcabs to fit those wheels or modify the ones I already had for it. But, I decided to get the Wheel Vintiques hubcaps instead. |

Re: Hubcaps
From what others on other boards have said in the past The guys at Wheelsmith are phone guys rather than email guys. It's not a huge operation with a room full of phone people in cubicles and the guys might be out back building wheels rather than answering the phone but they will get back to you if you leave a message about what you need.
If your hubcaps are for stock type wheels they might be able to modify them to fit Rally wheels and they can build you a set of Rally wheels with the offsets you need.
