4L80E wiring question for LS1 wiring harness

I have the mechanical part of my 5.3 connected correctly to the 4L80E with a new flexplate. i also have a new starter for a 6.0 liter. the thing is the 4L80E comes with a input shaft speed sensor and a normal VSS, that are similar.. the wiring harness i got came with a skip shift seloniod connector for a manual. but since i dont have that, i found out that same connector can plug into the input shaft speed sensor, could repin the connector to a different pin out.. so if anybody knows, i was thinking you guys would. any info would be appreciated

Painless harness?
Was the harness meant for a 4L60E or T56?
I give you the pinouts, I just want to know what your using.

SUM-890122 its a summit racing harness. yea its for 4l60e and t56, but since i dont have those.. lol

I am not overly familiar with the skip shift connector, but as far as adding the input shaft speed sensor, its not a big deal. You would need two wires going to the ecm and connect them into the correct pins. Going off my memory I think they are Red 22 and 23 but I might be off a pin or two. I like to use a twisted pair to do this, but I know many people do not go through the trouble. So long story short, if you have a pair of wires at your trans that go nowhere else but straight to the ecm, you could repin them to the proper ecm pins and as long as you have a connector that works on on the input sensor connector then yeah you should be ok. Did I answer your question?

Also, I am not familiar with the harness you bought, but assuming it is set up for a 4L60e you will have to swap a couple wires on the main trans connector to make it work properly for the 4L80e. You might already know all that, just figured I would throw it out there.

You answered my question, and yea i am sorta familiar with the main trans connector having a few pins needing swapped, but the pin outs on that are also left out. i can easily re direct them on the main red and blue connector since summit was cool enough to number the 2 computer connectors. it should be easy. even for a newb like me.
