Replacing rearend with 5 lug disc?

So the rearend of my C10 is a 6 lug drum brake. I want the expanded wheel choices so I'm looking at going to 5 lug but it seems like it wouldn't be too difficult for me to get a whole new rear end that has disc AND the 5 lug as long as it's the correct width? Because my rear end has coilsprings and trailing arms attached by ubolts, I should just be able to get a rearend with similar diameter tubing, disc, 5 lug, correct width-am I missing anything? Any suggestions? Thanks!
