I don't even know why you would want that. It must ride like crap. Straight axles were phased out for a reason.

Probably some home engineering to clear those tires. I doubt it would ride any worse than a 4X, as they would have been pretty much the same, minus the running gear...

the 2wd scouts were that way, but i've never seen a chevy like that. be interesting to see the glovebox option sheet.

Seems like the vin number would tell the tale on that one. Looks like someone welded a solid piece in place of the front diff. I would like to see the cab floor, trans, etc. there may be signs of a factory four wheel drive truck.
