Bed Side Support Braces - Extra Set?
I decided to use the step-up pockets in my truck and the painter to cutting them in now. I doubt if I'll ever truly use them, but was wondering if I would need an extra set of fender brace rods?
The current set go on both side of the wheel tub. What do you fine folks think? Aero, you have them in your truck, ever have issues? I checked the on-lines parts houses and would have to buy a whole 4 piece set. Wish I could just get or find 2.

Re: Bed Side Support Braces - Extra Set?
I don't let people use the steps. Try to explain that they can try the steps if it's OK to walk on their car.
I have no extra braces though they are easily made. A torch and press make a nice job of forging the ends flat. You can hammer a rod flat but the finish is crude.
