Rear seat belt anchor points?
Looking for some help as I’m not having much luck with searching on my own. I have even found some of my own pre-disassembly pictures but they don’t help much either. I cannot figure out where the other two seat belts bolt to the rear seat. The red seat pictured is what I have found here on the forum and the black one is mine. Red seat shows all four belts being bolted to the legs. Mine only has two legs intended to be used as anchor points? Any help would be great.
I also didn’t realize first gen Blazer seats had different rear leg spacing. I assumed they were all alike. Mine are evenly spaced the red one appears to have two more centered. |

Re: Rear seat belt anchor points?
I am pretty sure that the two outside belts mount to the floor where the seat bolts down.

Re: Rear seat belt anchor points?
I just took the sheets out of mine this past weekend and both of my outside (retracting) parts had there own separate "L" shaped bracket that bolted to the floor. I will try and get everything set back in there and get you a picture.

Not mine. But, this is how mine were mounted.

Re: Rear seat belt anchor points?
My outer 2 were attached to the side of the seat on the bottom corner under the vinyl(area circled in red). I had to cut the vinyl in order to remove the bolts. I'll see if I can find a picture of my actual seat when I get home.

Re: Rear seat belt anchor points?
I have seen them bolted both ways and have wondered which one is correct. I do have two sets of legs and only the middle have the provisions for the belts. I was thinking of just going with all four to bolt all the belts in. Not original but maybe safer?
