Trans mounted Hand brake Pic's
Does anyone have pictures of an SM 420 with a handbrake handle mounted? The handle would have operated the drive shaft mounted parking brake. I'm looking for the measurements from the pivot to the two points where the ratchet arc/ toothed arc (?) bolt to the trans. Thanks.

Thanks, I look forward to the pictures. Trying to figure out how to build a parking brake using the old style handle.

Re: Trans mounted Hand brake Pic's
If I remember right, I saw a '65 GMC with the trans mounted parking brake and it was on the left side....don't have pictures. But I have always liked the trans mounted parking brake better.

I like how the license plate was used as a heater delete plate in that pic, lol.
