Origanl Dealer Tag Holder
The 1968 GMC I have came with a vintage black California license plate on front with an original dealer tag holder. I am starting on the restoration of the tag holder and have purchased a near mint 1968 Mississippi tag hope I can get it looking good here are some pictures of the holder and the CA plate.

Post up some pictures of the holder when you get it finished. If you decide to become a subscriber ($15 for 6 Months or $25 a year) you can put the plate up for sale on here. It might bring some pretty good money. If you are not sure what it's worth, once you are a premium member you can also post a thread asking what it would be worth... Just a thought. LockDoc
