Drop spindle problem

Hello I have a 59 apache sitting on an 85 chevy short bed frame. I installed flip axle kit on rear and 2 inch drop shackles and bolted right up. So I ordered 2 1/2 inch drop spindles for the front 1 inch thick rotor and they don't fit. Old measures 7 inch center to center on caliper holes and new measures 5 1/2. rotor rubs and won't go down on my new spindles. Ordered off of EBay and you know how that's going getting answers. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Re: Drop spindle problem

Need more info:
What brand and part # spindle?
Rotor, caliper and bearings also have to be for the 1" light duty spindles.
Can you post some pics?

Re: Drop spindle problem

Here's a pic . They are PGE from air baggit.com I bought from Chassis Tech. They are supposed to be for 73 to 87 chevy one inch rotor but not the right one.
